Requirements
Thank you for considering me for your next tattoo, it is an honour to be able to create something that will be with you forever. My requirements for tattooing are:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must accept google calendar invite, and pay $100 deposit prior to appointment, deposit is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Please come alone to your appointment to mitigate any COVID-19 exposure and keep us all safe, if you have any special requirements please do not hesitate to contact me. Please advise in advance if you would like me to wear a mask, and I will happily oblige. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment and do not contact me to let me know you will be considered a no-show for that appointment.
Any and all questions and inquiries must be sent via email, please no DM’s on Instagram.
Artwork
I will refuse to tattoo any and all artwork that is stolen, appropriated or offensive, this is to uphold my own morals and maintain support/respect for other artists in the community.

As a new artist, I will absolutely be honest with you about my abilities and will refer you to another artist I think would be better qualified or suitable for the tattoo you would like to receive.

All flash artwork is repeatable with no limits, customs are not repeatable and are created uniquely for that particular client.

Flash is added and updated periodically within my Instagram highlights.

Customs:
Custom artwork will be available at the date and time of your appointment, I will give you time fill out your consent form and review the design by yourself. Then we can review the artwork together and ensure it is exactly what you are looking for. I do not sent custom artwork in advance of your appointment, this is to protect my time and intellectual property.

Your first round of edits are free of charge to ensure your design is how you envision it, subsequent changes will be an additional $25 each round.

Preparation
Please come to your appointment hydrated and with food in your belly. We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, and relaxed as possible.

We will be forced to reschedule your tattoo appointment if you show up inebriated and or on drugs. Please notify me if you have any health conditions that may impact the procedure or healing process.

Studio
I am currently working out of Ophidia Tattoo in the heart of Chinatown, Victoria. Ophidia is owned by Brianna Chatwin and is located on the second floor of 614 1/4 Fisgard st. It is a bright, happy, welcoming place, with a lot of charm and history, I know you’ll love it just as much as I do.
Pricing
Once we have confirmed a date and time, a minimum deposit of $100 can be sent to Gardenpartytattoo@gmail.com. If I do not receive your deposit, your appointment will not commence and your appointment will be given to another client. This deposit is to ensure that my time is not wasted and that basic fees are covered. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
This deposit is subject to increase, depending on the size of the tattoo and or the number of tattoos booked.

Prices will be dependent on the artwork chosen, and may be subject to change as my skill set progresses and increases. Please inquire to Gardenpartytattoo@gmail.com with a screenshot of my flash or if you have any questions about pricing for custom projects. Small pieces are a minimum of $180 (my hourly rate, even if we are below an hour). Custom pieces will be a minimum of $250 to book, as I spend quite a bit of time behind the scenes researching and making sure the piece is exactly how you envision it.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Once you are aware that you need to reschedule our upcoming appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so that I am able to book another client in that time slot. I have no problem rescheduling an upcoming appointment with enough notice. Although if you are not able to reschedule for a later date, your deposit will be forgone and you may be required to submit another one as I cannot keep deposits without intent of an appointment. I completely understand that emergencies happen and life happens, so there are special circumstances in which the rules in this box are flexible.

Failure to reschedule your appointment with 72 hours notice will result in a loss of your deposit, and if you must reschedule a second time you will forfeit your first deposit and a second one will be required to book your appointment. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment and do not contact me to let me know you will be considered a no-show for that appointment.

If you cancel your appointment completely, your $100 deposit will stay with me, as it covers the amount of time and prep I have already put into your appointment.

If you “no show” your appointment with zero explanation I will not book another tattoo with you, this is to protect my own business and time. If you have an emergency, please let me know and we can figure out a solution, as someone with a chronic illness, I know all to well we can’t 100% of the time count on our health to be in peak shape.
Hours of Operation
I tattoo on the weekends and evenings as I work full time throughout the week, that being said I do get flex days and statutory holidays off and would love to book tattoos on those days.

Throughout the week I reserve time at 7pm for my one and only appt on those days, as I need to walk my puppy after my day job. But would love to tattoo you after doing so.
